What You’ll Do
- Attend residential properties for HVAC service calls, assessments,
repairs, emergency calls, and follow-up appointments
- Respond to urgent or emergency heating, cooling, or ventilation
issues when assigned or scheduled
- Inspect HVAC issues and determine the cause of the problem
- Complete approved HVAC repairs in a safe, professional, and
code-compliant manner
- Diagnose furnace issues, air conditioning issues, thermostat
problems, airflow concerns, heating concerns, cooling concerns,
ventilation issues, and HVAC-related problems
- Take clear photos and videos of the issue, work area, completed
repair, and any concerns requiring follow-up
- Provide clear updates, notes, photos, videos, and details of
completed work after each visit
- Use the company app, phone, calendar, and required systems to
receive jobs, view appointment details, submit updates, upload
photos/videos, and communicate status
- Respect the calendar, arrive on time, and keep appointments
updated properly
- Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and internal team members
- Identify when additional HVAC work, another licensed trade,
restoration, or follow-up service is required
- Create or recommend additional work orders for HVAC-related
follow-up repairs
- Return to properties to complete approved follow-up HVAC work
- Follow company instructions, appointment details, access
instructions, calendar bookings, and documentation requirements

Requirements
- Valid HVAC-related license, gas license, or certification required
where applicable
- Previous experience as an HVAC technician, HVAC contractor,
service technician, maintenance technician, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of residential heating, cooling, ventilation, and
HVAC service work
- Available to handle emergency HVAC calls when required
- Reliable transportation
- Necessary HVAC tools and equipment available
- Comfortable attending residential properties independently
- iPhone 13 or equivalent smartphone with a high-quality camera
- Comfortable using a mobile app, phone, calendar, and online
systems to receive jobs, update appointments, upload photos/videos,
and submit notes
- Comfortable taking clear photos and videos of HVAC issues, repair
concerns, and completed work
- Able to write clear notes and submit updates after each visit
- Punctual, reliable, and able to respect scheduled appointments and
calendar bookings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

They are punctual, organized, and comfortable using mobile systems to
receive jobs, update appointments, upload photos and videos, and
submit notes after each visit.
They understand when a job is within their HVAC scope and when
another licensed trade, restoration team, or internal follow-up is required.
